Our children have daily access to our outdoor areas where we plan focused activities as well as having a range of resources always available where children can develop their gross motor skills and co-ordination.
We are also fortunate enough to have weekly P.E. lessons taught by our P.E. specialist in School where particular skills are focused on each half term.
We also have a daily yoga session every afternoon where children can calm / wind down after dinner time but also focus on their breathing and relaxation techniques. We also use this time to create discussions around what it means being healthy and how it is important in life.
