We raised money for Children in Need because every child has the right to feel safe, supported, and able to enjoy their childhood. Sadly, many young people across the UK have these rights denied or limited due to poverty, illness, neglect, or difficult family circumstances. By fundraising, we can help provide vital services such as counselling, safe places to stay, food support, and opportunities that every child deserves.

To launch our efforts, we were delighted to welcome Manny Kang, who led an energetic sports drill that had everyone moving and motivated. His visit reminded us how powerful it can be when a school community comes together to support children whose voices most need to be heard.

As a school, we took voluntary donations, but all children had the opportunity to take part in Manny’s activities and join in the fun by wearing something yellow or spotty!
