Healthy Eating!
We will be working in partnership with Sport England and Active Black Country to raise the profile of Healthy Eating in our school.
Our overall goal is to win an Active Black country award for our school!
Our first steps towards this goal is to STOP and think about out daily snacks and daily eating habits.
Many children in our school now have toast for breaktime. - This is great to see.
If you are not having toast consider having a healthy snack such as:
Swap to: Fruit, yoghurt, crackers, rice cakes, a small bag of crisps.
Avoid: Share bags of crisps or large chocolate bars. Cakes or pastries.
Our second step is a parent survey. Year 2, Year 4 and Year 6 have been chosen to complete the initial survey.
