Holly’s Race for Save the Children

Holly, a student at Great Bridge Primary School, had a bright idea. She thought it would be good to get everyone together to raise some money for a really important cause. And what better way to do it than to have a race around Tipton!

Holly’s Race will be taking place at Victoria Park on Saturday 19^th October. There’ll be a fun group warm up before the race, starting at 10:45am, and the race will begin at 11am. The start point is on the path through the middle of the park by the lake – look out for the marquee by the start line! The race is a fun 2k run for everyone, so the whole family can take part and complete the course at your own speed.

There’ll be something for everyone on the day - after the race, there’ll be a big family picnic with lots of activities to try and entertainment for all the family from 12pm-2pm.
