In EYFS, we have been looking at the work of Alma Thomas.
We analysed her artwork looking at colours and shapes, and interpreted this in our own way.
We then explored what happens when colours are mixed, and mixed primary colours to make secondary colours.
We added black and white to our colours to make them darker or lighter, and we experimented with brush sizes and making marks.
