Story Telling Week - 30h January - 5th February 

We celebrated Story Telling Week as a whole school. We dedicated our class reading time to learning and re-telling popular stories. Some were traditional tales we were familiar with and others were new.

We used the following retells as an examples and inspiration for our own:

Key Stage One:

In Key Stage One, we learnt and retold 'The Three Billy Goats Gruff' and 'The Three Little Pigs'. We used stories maps to help us remember the story. We then performed these in front of our class at the end of the week.

Key Stage Two:

In Key Stage Two, we learnt and retold 'Rumpelstiltskin' and 'The Elephant's Nose'. We used stories maps to help us remember the story. We then performed these in front of our class at the end of the week.
